Returns and exchanges

If for any reason you need to return or exchange a bag, contact us at info@jatlag.com, stating whether you are requesting a return or would like to exchange a bag for another one.  Unused bags (the plastic tag must not be broken) may be returned for a full refund or exchange minus shipping within 14 days of invoiced date.

Les sacs qui n'ont pas été portés (l'étiquette en plastique ne doit pas avoir été retirée) peuvent être retournés et intégralement remboursés ou échangés (moins le coût de livraison), dans un délai de 14 jours à compter de la date de facturation.
